24 Hour Notice for Cancellation
All appointments, guest will be charged half price for missed or last-minute cancellations. This includes illness, hospitalization, or cancellation for any reason.
Clients with More than a 3 Hour Appointment
A 72-hour notice must be given for cancellations due to length of appointment time. You will be charged in full for missed or canceled without a 72-hour notice.
Failure to Arrive ON TIME for a Scheduled Appointment
Excessively late, 3 or more times in a row will forfeit your time in our salon. Late appointments do not work since we are an appointment-based business. You will be asked to pay in full for your missed appointment if you are more than 30 minutes late.
After arriving over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened due to next guest arrival
